Hrithik Roshan born on  10 January 1974 who now is listed in the category of highest paid bollywood actor. He was part of some of best Bollywood movies and owns six Filmfare Awards to flaunt. He was crowned as “sexiest Asian Man” thrice. Of course, he had the edge of being hailing from a filmy family but his career was hard to establish too as he suffered some disorders which affected his speaking skills, which are really important when you want to enter the field of glamour.

He was seen confessing at several shows that he couldn’t even say without interruptions what he wanted he become and people never took his dream of become an actor serious. He was seen in many  small appearances as a child lead but his super debut came in the form of Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai (2000) by his father Rakesh Roshan.   • Four egg (whites), along with
  • 2 brown bread slices plus a heavy protein shake in a glass, and fresh fruits is something that’s there in every celebs diet.


Two Rotis and green vegetables along with non vegetarian content in form of  chicken breast, dal, caesar salad, a complete plate of variety of fishes together. Don’t forget his protein shake and fruit plate.


6 white portion of eggs, either half chicken or fish plus some boiled vegetables. His workouts ask for fresh Caesar salad.
