There’s something almost magical about crockpot cooking. You toss all the ingredients in, turn on the heat, and come back hours later to a delicious meal. What could be easier?
These oats were so warm and comforting to wake up to on a crisp January morning. The chai spices add an exotic but familiar touch to the standard breakfast oatmeal.
If you’ve only ever had rolled oats, steel cut are a nice change. I find that they have more texture.
No more excuses that there isn’t time for a healthy breakfast! Put this together the night before and you’ll have it hot and ready to go when you are.
